Make sure to order enough invitations! Order enough to send one to each family, couple, or household. You may wish to order extra invitations to cover last-minute additions to the guest list or any guests you may have overlooked. To save money, order an additional 25. The cost at the time of your original order is lower than if you were to order 25 at another time. If you come back to re-order you will need to start at the original base cost, it is much more cost effective to order extra!

Checking Order Status
Click on Order Status and Re-order to check order status. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will be able to track it online by clicking the United Postal Carrier link.
Ordering More Invitations
Please click the above link to re-order more invitations, you need to log in to your shopping basket and if necessary edit the invitation quantities and proceed to place your invite order. *Note: The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. All reorders will be billed at the original base price and not the additional quantity price.
Did you make an error when you placed your order?
When you placed your order and clicked the link to print out the details of your order, (this link is located on the page where you enter your secure billing information) it includes the wording you submitted for printing. Please review that. It will show you if you inputted the text incorrectly, or if the printer made a mistake. If the print out does not match what was printed please contact customer service with your order confirmation number and all relevant information. As noted when you placed your order: Please proof your item(s) carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have edited and made appropriate changes to your design(s), verified your information, and authorize printing.
